A dark, thick, powerful single cask rum from Port Mourant. It’s intense but not brutal, rich with notes of black tea, chamomile, aromatic herbs and sweet black liquorice. Tannins are evident, but the roundness of the pot still distillate and the long aging have made it smooth. The perfect after-dinner rum.
