A particularly estery rum from Port Mourant, with an interesting “funky” and fruity note. The pungency and spiciness of the highly aromatic distillate is well balanced by the influence of the maturation in the oak casks, which provide a rich tapestry of coffee, raisins and an almost winey touch.
