This clean Enmore is a naked expression that really lets the distillate speak, with very little influence from the oak. Its elegant and moderately estery nose, rich of lemon peel fragrance, hides a dry, firm and mineral taste with a punchy and extremely peppery character that gradually builds toward a phenolic explosion on the palate.
