A particularly clean and dry rum from Diamond distillery in British Guyana, which fully retains the elegantly briny, medicinal and peppery character of the distillate without too much influence from the oak, thanks to its slow maturation in continental climate. To further enhance the more delicate and flowery side of its bouquet, we let it mature for its final 14 months in casks from one of the gentlest and most fragrant Speyside malt whiskies in Scotland.
