Diamond - 2005/2017

A heavy, rich Demerara rum from Diamond distillery, made in a double metal column still. The original spicy and fruity style of the spirit, with a high level of aromatic esters, has been tamed by a long maturation in fresh oak casks which have imparted an intense red colour, an oily character and rich notes of raisins and raw brown sugar.
